    Ship one thing

    We build the first tool or automation and wire it into the systems you already use. It goes into production with real staff using it. Not a demo, not a proof of concept.

    Expand

    A day or two a week as your fractional CTO. I prioritise the next wins, build or manage the build, train your team, and keep vendors honest.

About

Hi, I'm Greg.

I've spent 25 years building web and mobile products and running the engineering teams behind them, most recently at Create Academy, where I [one concrete, specific outcome].

I'm leaving that role in 2026 to do this full-time, because the businesses that most need a good technical lead right now are the ones that can't justify one on payroll. AI has made the gap between “could automate this” and “did automate this” much smaller, and I like closing it.

I'm based in London and work remotely with clients across the UK, with in-person days where they help.
